As part of Summer Stages with Fibabanka, Turkey’s leading chamber music ensemble Borusan Quartet will take the stage at the enchanting Sultanpark garden of Swissôtel The Bosphorus, accompanied by Müşfik Galip Uzun.

Founded in 2005 under the leadership of Prof. Gürer Aykal, Borusan Quartet features Esen Kıvrak and Nilay Sancar (violin), Efdal Altun (viola), and Poyraz Baltacıgil (cello). Having performed in some of the world’s most prestigious concert halls, the ensemble now presents a special repertoire blending classical music with Turkish melodies.

The rich program includes works by composers such as Johann Strauss II, Piazzolla, Kevser Hanım, and Oğuzhan Balcı, along with Istanbul-themed arrangements and traditional Turkish pieces. This unique collaboration between Borusan Quartet and Müşfik Galip Uzun promises an unforgettable open-air concert accompanied by the breeze of the Bosphorus.

Before the concert, you can enjoy a delicious dinner starting at 7:00 PM at the Summer Stages Kitchen, featuring a rich menu crafted by the master chefs of Swissôtel.
